Desk hire for 5 days pcm, complimentary Wi-Fi, 10% reduction of meeting room charges, free attendance at networking events held at the Business Centre. 

Silver membership £66.00pcm inc VAT (£90.00pcm inc VAT including parking)
Desk hire for 10 days pcm, complimentary Wi-Fi, 25% reduction of meeting room charges, free attendance at networking events held at the Business Centre. 

Gold membership £120.00pcm inc VAT (£168.00pcm inc VAT including parking)
1 allocated desk for entire month, complimentary Wi-Fi, 50% reduction of meeting room charges*, free attendance at networking events held at the Business Centre. 

Platinum membership £180.00pcm inc VAT (£228.00pcm inc VAT including parking)
1 allocated desk for entire month, complimentary Wi-Fi, 50% reduction of meeting room charges**, use the
Hart Business Centre as your company’s Registered Office address*** (optional), mail collection, free
attendance at networking events held at the Business Centre.

Virtual membership £24.00pcm inc VAT 
Use the Hart Business Centre as your company’s Registered Office address*** (optional), mail collection, 10% reduction of meeting room charges, free attendance at networking events held at the Business Centre.

Meeting room hire prices

  • Day hire £60.00 inc VAT
  • Half Day Hire £30.00 inc VAT
  • Hour Hire £12.00 inc VAT

If your business is a member of the Hart Business Centre these charges are reduced. For more information,

The Hart Business Centre operates a 24 hour cancellation policy on meeting room bookings. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will still be charged.

Additional services

  • Printing Facilities - £1 for the first sheet and 10p thereafter Plus VAT
  • Drinks Facilities - 50p per tea or coffee

***If changing Registered Office address to Hart District Council Business Centre you require to supply the following which will be held onsite:

  • Register of members 
  • Register of directors and secretaries 
  • Register of charges 
  • Minutes of proceedings
