Please remember that all children must be accompanied by an adult.

All activities must be paid for within 2 weeks of booking. Please keep a track of the amount owed for each event as you fill out this form, as the total amount will be needed for the separate payment form. You will find steps on how to pay on the next page once you have submitted your form.

Please note: Refunds will only be given if the booking is cancelled 2 weeks prior to the event. Any cancellations later than this are unable to be refunded.

Countryside Events 2019

Please see below a list of Countryside Events available to book for 2019. For each event you would like to book onto, please select the event, then enter the number of adults (age 16 and over) and the number of children (under 16) that will be attending. Volunteer Days

Feel like helping out in one of your local sites? Come along to one of our volunteer days where you can help with a variety of tasks from plant plugging to conservation work. Suitable for ages 16 and over.

When? Thursday 18 April, Monday 2 September, Friday 25 October or Saturday 7 December 2019, 10am - 12.30pm
Where? Volunteer Days will take place at one of our countryside sites which will be confirmed nearer the time.

Back Garden Habitat Wildlife Talk

Ever wanted to learn more about the creatures that live in your back garden? Come along to our Back Garden Habitat Wildlife Talk hosted by one of our rangers. Suitable for ages 16 and over.

Adult Tree ID Walk

Come along to our Adult Tree ID Walk and learn about different species of tree. Suitable for ages 16 and over.

Wildlife Day

Join us for this popular free event at Fleet Pond. Many of the stalls are interactive, offering educational activities and hands-on learning. Suitable for all ages.

Come along to our Fleet Pond History Walk to talk about the history of Fleet Pond. Suitable for ages 16 and over.

Wildlife Photography

Go out with an experienced wildlife photographer and get tips and advice on how to take the best pictures. Bring your own camera and leave with some great pictures of local wildlife. Suitable for ages 16 and over.

Where? Wildlife Photography will take place at one of our countryside sites which will be confirmed nearer the time.

Bush and Nature Craft

Could you make a fire without matches, find north without a compass, or purify water with just a plastic bottle? Let’s get hands on and learn some wilderness skills! Suitable for ages 8 and over.
