Papers are published at least five days before the meeting. Look at the month page for all Council and Committee meetings held that month.
A key decision means an executive decision which is likely to:
1 Result in the Council incurring expenditure or making savings which amount to either £30,000 or 25% (whichever is the larger) of the budget
for the service or function to which the decision relates; or
2 Be significant in terms of its effect on communities living or working in an area comprising two or more wards within the district of Hart.
All Key Decision reports are published on the website at least 28 days prior to the Cabinet meeting. The report may initially be in draft form and may be updated.
