Community Value

Having regard to the definition in the Localism Act 2011: a) an actual current use of the building or other land that is not an ancillary use furthers the social wellbeing or social interests of the local community, and b) it is realistic to think that there can continue to be non-ancillary use of the building or other land which will further (whether or not in the same way) the social wellbeing or social interests of the local community.

Eligibility to nominate

As set out in the Regulations, ie a Parish Council or a voluntary or community body with a local connection. If you are an unincorporated group, please provide at least 21 names and their full addresses of those members, who are on the local electoral register. You will also need to collect their hand-written signature, then attach it at the end of this form.
