We’re really pleased to be partnering with Everyone Active and the Hart & Rushmoor Live at Home Scheme to hold this event. It’s a great opportunity for people to try new activities or get back in to something they used to enjoy.”
Luke Charlton, contract manager at Everyone Active, said: “We’re delighted to be hosting this afternoon of free activities and helping to keep over 50s in the community active.
“Hart Leisure Centre offers a huge range of activities to cater for people of all ages and abilities. There are gentle reintroduction into sports for those who haven’t played for a while, as well as challenging workouts and fast-paced sports for more active customers. I’d encourage anyone looking for a fun way of getting fit and healthy to get involved.”
