Council Constitution

We are committed to efficient and effective decision-making which is transparent and accountable and encourages people in the community to get involved.

To guide us in these aims, we have developed a Council Constitution.

• a Scheme of Delegation to Officers, which details functions of the Council that have been delegated to officers
• financial regulations for how the Council must conduct its financial business
