2025 events

Our Spring programme includes one event for which booking is required through this application form:

• Springtime Sparks, Thursday 1 May at Queen Elizabeth II Fields, Hartley Wintney, 2-4pm Explore fire's role in spring festivals.

We have many free events for which booking is not required listed on our events listings page.

Each event has space for 20 people. You can apply for up to five adults and five children where relevant. If you're booked on an event but can't attend, please let us know so we can offer your place to someone else.

Each listing includes guidance on whether it's a family or adult event. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Occasionally, we may need to cancel events. If we cancel a paid event, we will issue a refund. If you need to cancel, we will give a refund if you provide one week’s notice. Any cancellations later than this may not be refunded.
