Health support for parents, children and young people
Frimley Healthier Together website and app have been developed to support parents and carers manage a range of common childhood illnesses themselves, providing helpful information on recognising when they may need to seek help from a healthcare professional. It displays information using a traffic light system of red, amber and green covering symptoms, what to do and where to go for help.
The website has been developed in partnership with parents and health professionals in response to parents and carers telling us they would like clearer trusted information and confidence in managing common illness at home. You can also find information on providing mental health support visit the NHS Healthier Together website.
