• your property is in disrepair and your landlord is not fixing it
• your property is in disrepair, caused by a neighbouring property

Please don’t use this form if:

• there is disrepair in a housing association property. You should contact your landlord directly
• you are an owner-occupier, freeholder or leaseholder. You should seek independent advice or, if you are a leaseholder, go to The Leasehold Advisory Service
• you need help with tenancy issues or re-housing. If you need advice, go to homelessness and housing

The form will take between five and ten minutes to complete depending on the nature of the issue. You'll need to provide details of what your issue is about. To enable us to investigate, you'll need to provide your contact details.
