Housing Solutions (Housing Options)
Purpose of the processing
The Council processes personal information for the following purposes:
- to pass applicant's medical information across to the independent medical adviser in order for an assessment to be processed
- to pass applicant's details across to the housing association in order to nominate for accommodation
- to fulfil Council obligations on housing options
- to discuss any referrals or interventions on an individual patient basis for housing with Integrated Care Service Providers in North East Hampshire and Farnham
