Purpose of the processing
The Council processes personal information to:
- provide a parking ticket for the use of a parking space in Hart District Council car parks
- remove untaxed and abandoned vehicles and to communicate with the owner of a vehicle
- be used as evidence in the issuing of a Penalty Charge Notice if necessary
- provide personal protection for civil enforcement officers and evidence if taken to prosecution
- issue virtual season tickets or 'Pay and Display' tickets
