Purpose of the processing
Hart District Council is the data controller for all UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) related personal data collected with the forms submitted to Hart District Council, along with the control and processing of personal data. Hart District Council has been designated as a Lead Authority in Great Britain for the UK Shared Prosperity, under which a three-year funding programme will be delivered in the district of Hart for the period April 2022 to March 2025.
Processing personal data
The information we collect will be used to assess the merits of individual expressions of interest against set UK SPF criteria, all of which will be available during the application process.
To allot this funding, Hart District Council will ask a broad spectrum of organisations to pitch project ideas in a bid to win a share of the money available in an open competition. The first stage is for expressions of interest, there will be a second phase where further, more detailed applications will need to be submitted, and this second phase will have a separate privacy notice.
In order for Hart District Council to award the funding, organisations must meet certain criteria, which will involve sharing data about the applicant body. The process will also provide businesses and organisations with a means of contacting our team with further questions where they feel it to be appropriate. This privacy notice relates to the expression of interest process. A separate privacy notice will be available for the full, detailed application.
