Purpose of the processing
The Council may use your personal information for various functions. These include:
- to undertake legal work to draw up a contract
- to issue licence for grazing on or use of Council land
- to issue lease or licence for commercial properties/land
- the legal process of selling parcels of Council-owned land
- payments received legal transaction
- to institute and/or defend legal proceedings, to comply with legislative requirements, pursuant to statutory powers, in exercise of statutory powers
