Odiham and North Warnborough Neighbourhood Plan Referendum

The referendum relating to the adoption of the Odiham and North Warnborough Neighbourhood plan will be held on 25 March 2025.

The referendum area includes the Parish of Odiham as identified on the Odiham and North Warnborough Neighbourhood Area Map.

Polling day for this referendum will take place on Tuesday 25 March 2025.

The polling stations will be:

  • The Cross Barn, Palace Gate Farm, Odiham, RG29 1JX
  • North Warnborough Village Hall, Priors Corner, Dunleys Hill, RG29 1EA
  • The Welfare & Community Centre, RAF Odiham, Kersley Crescent, RG29 1QT

The polling stations will be open from 7am until 10pm.

Voter ID at polling stations

Since May 2023, all voters at a polling station must show an accepted form of photo ID to be able to vote. This has been introduced under the Elections Act 2022. Anyone who does not have an accepted form of ID can apply for a Voter Authority Certificate to use at the polling station.

The deadline for applying for a Voter Authority Certificate for this referendum is Monday 17 March at 5pm. More information is on our Voter ID page.

Register to vote

The deadline for registering to vote for this referendum is midnight on Friday 7 March.

Postal voting

The deadline for applying for a postal vote or to change/cancel an existing postal vote is 5pm on Monday 10 March. For more information, please see our ways to vote page.

Proxy voting

If you are not able to vote at your polling station, you can apply to vote by proxy which means appointing someone else to vote on your behalf. The person you appoint as your proxy must be registered and eligible to vote. Your proxy will need to bring their own photo ID to the polling station when voting on your behalf (unless they apply to vote by post on your behalf). The deadline for applying for a proxy vote is 5pm on Monday 17 March.
