You can use this form to confirm you'd like to cancel your postal vote. Once we've confirmed cancellation, you'll need to go to your designated polling station if you want to vote.

You'll need to provide your name, address and email on the form. In addition, you need to tell us the date from which you wish to cancel having a postal vote. We'll confirm the change within 10 working days.
