Cancel your proxy vote

You can use this form to confirm that you'd like to cancel your proxy vote. Remember, we'll need 10 working days before an election to make the changes in time. 

You'll need to provide your name, address and email on the form. You'll need to let us know the date from which you wish to cancel having a proxy vote. We'll confirm the change within 10 working days.
