You can use the Here for Hart Directory for information about mental health and well-being support available locally. The directory includes information about wellbeing centres, support groups, Recovery Colleges (courses to support people in their recovery) and counselling.

Hart and Rushmoor Wellbeing Centre provides recovery focused support for anyone struggling to maintain their mental health. You do not need a professional referral to access their service, but you must live in the Hart or Rushmoor areas and be registered to attend one of the many different groups or sessions they run.

Talking therapies are delivered by fully trained and accredited NHS practitioners. They can help with common mental health problems like stress, anxiety and depression.

Talk Plus offers free talking therapies for people registered with a GP surgery in Fleet, Crondall or Yateley.
