How we work with landlords

We run an incentive scheme for landlords who want to rent out their properties to our clients.

If you are a landlord or property owner in Hart, or one of the surrounding areas, we act as a free letting agent. We can assist you in finding the right tenant for your property. You can complete the form or email rentdeposit@hart.gov.uk. You will need to provide your contact details and information about the property you want to rent. One of the team will be in contact to discuss your property.

Free event - Landlord and Empty Homes Forum

Thursday 21 November 
Hart District Council Offices. Doors open at 6:10pm.
Join us at our upcoming free event, held in partnership with the National Residential Landlords Association. Take this opportunity to network and speak to partnership agencies, staff and other landlords. There will also be opportunities to talk to us about the help we can offer with bringing empty homes back into use.
