Self-build and custom-build housing register statistics
We collect data from the people on our self-build and custom-build housing register about the homes they would like to build and where they would like to build them.
Developers should use this information to ensure the plots they bring forward are suitable for the people on our register.
Please note this data does not show the overall demand for self and custom housebuilding in the district and should not be used as such. You can see our latest position on our duty to grant enough permissions for self and custom housebuilding at appendix 4 of the Authority Monitoring Report 2022/23.
