Apply for a club premises certificate
You must apply to us for a certificate if your qualifying club premises are in Hart. You must also complete a club premises declaration form.
Please note, you will be required to pay a fee and provide a range of information. This will include details of the proposed licensable activities, a scale plan of the premises and proposed steps for meeting the four licensing objectives:
- the prevention of crime and disorder
- the prevention of public nuisance
- public safety
- the protection of children from harm

Right to appeal
You can appeal against any conditions attached to your certificate or a decision made by us within 21 days of receiving the decision on your application. You should apply to the magistrates' court in writing.
The Licensing Act 2003 does not allow appeals against a suspension notice
