Displaying your certificate, annual fees and suspensions
- you must display all pages of the Part B certificate summary at the premises
- you must keep Part A of the certificate document and be ready to show it if an authorised officer asks to see it
- alternatively, you may display a notice nominating a person who works at the premises who has custody of the Part A certificate
Annual fees
We will send an invoice each year for the annual fee.
By law, if you fail to pay the annual fee your club premises certificate will be suspended.
Duration of certificate
Club premises certificates remain in force indefinitely with the following exceptions:
- non-payment of the annual fee
- bankruptcy of the licensee
- death or incapacity of the licensee
- revocation of the licence
