Display your licence, annual fees and suspensions
- you must display all pages of the Part B licence summary at the premises
- you must keep Part A of the premises licence document and be ready to show it if an authorised officer asks to see it
- alternatively, you may display a notice nominating a person who works at the premises who has custody of the Part A licence
Annual fees
We will send an invoice each year for the annual fee. By law, if you fail to pay the annual fee your premises licence will be suspended.
Duration of licence
Premises licences remain in force indefinitely with the following exceptions:
- non-payment of the premises licence annual fee
- bankruptcy of the licensee
- death or incapacity of the licensee
- revocation of the licence
