We're excited to announce the launch of Impact Hart, a new website specifically aimed at the local community to help tackle climate change and promote sustainability.
Over £700,000 has been awarded to 16 groups and organisations by Hart District Council as part of its commitment to invest in communities across the district.
Seven community grants have been awarded to help support communities to deliver projects providing health and wellbeing, biodiversity, sustainability, and educational benefits.
Hart District Council's Communities Team recently organised a collection from Hart District Council staff and councillors for items to be used by Hart Foodbank to provide Christmas hampers to local residents. They delivered the donated items to the foodbank on Monday (28 November), ready for hampers to be made up and distributed from the beginning of December.
We’re supporting White Ribbon Day today to end violence against women and girls and raise awareness of domestic abuse.
The day falls in the same week as the start of the FIFA men’s World Cup, with the charity highlighting how men and boys can play their part to achieve gender equality.
